Order Processing

Cleaver Skateboard orders are shipped within 3 business days after receiving full payment.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Custom orders may take longer depending on the item.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

  • Spain: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 2–7 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–15 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend ordering early.

 

💶 Shipping Rates

  • Spain: FREE

  • Europe: €5.95 / FREE on orders over €120

  • USA & Canada: €14.95 / FREE on orders over €120

  • Rest of the World: €24.95 / FREE on orders over €120

📦 Tracking & Insurance

  • All orders ship via certified mail with tracking.

  • Tracking information will be sent via email once your order is shipped.

  • Insurance is not included by default. If you’d like to insure your shipment, please contact us before purchasing and we’ll adjust your shipping fee accordingly.

 

🌍 International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Cleaver Skateboards is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays

  • Import duties or taxes

  • Lost or stolen international packages

 

📫 Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We ship to the address provided in your order confirmation (including PayPal address, if used).

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees

  • No refunds will be issued unless a valid address is provided
