Processing Time

Orders ship within 3 business days after full payment is received.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.


Custom orders may take longer depending on complexity.

Spain: 2–5 business days

Europe: 5–7 business days

International: 5–7 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed. For time-sensitive orders, please order in advance.

 

Shipping Rates

Spain: FREE

Europe: €5.95 / +150€ Free

USA/Canada: €14.95 / +150€ Free

Rest of the World: €24.95 / +150€ Free

 

Tracking & Insurance

  • All orders are shipped with tracking.

  • Insurance is not included by default. If you’d like your package insured, contact us before ordering and we’ll adjust the fee.

 

Shipping Address

  • We ship to the address provided at checkout (including PayPal addresses).

  • Please double-check that your shipping information is correct.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

    • The customer must pay to reship it

    • No refunds are issued unless a corrected address is provided

     

International Orders

  • We ship worldwide 🌍

  • Cleaver Skateboards is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or lost/stolen packages

 

🔁 Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how returns work:

 

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.

 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging and tags

  • Accessories and undergarments are non-returnable

  • Items purchased through resellers must be returned via the reseller, not us

  2. We’ll send you return instructions

❗Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

 

Shipping Returns

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service

  • International customers: mark your package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges

  • We are not responsible for any return shipping fees or customs costs

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days of receiving your return

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If you need a different item or size:

  • Return the original item

  • Place a new order for the item you want

 

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not picked up within 14 days, we may charge a handling fee to cover return shipping and admin costs.

 

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Include your order number and photos (if damaged)
