Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Below is our return policy in full detail.


⏳ Return Window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund.

 

🚫 No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.

 

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Must be returned in original packaging

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Accessories and undergarments are non-returnable

  • Items purchased from resellers must be returned through them


✉️ How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at cleaverskateboards@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions.

    Note: Packages sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

🚚 Shipping & Customs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please use a tracked service to protect your return.

  • For international returns, clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges.

    We are not responsible for any customs or duty fees on returns.


💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10–15 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

📦 Unclaimed Packages

If your package is not collected from the post office within 14 days, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee to cover return shipping and administrative costs.


📮 Damaged or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at cleaverskateboards@gmail.com with photos and your order number.
